Group Practice Studio

Clarity. Calm. Sustainable leadership—for people who never meant to become CEOs.

You didn’t set out to run a business. You set out to help people. And then one day you looked up and realized you were managing clinicians, handling payroll, Googling legal terms at midnight, and holding an entire ecosystem together with a very tired nervous system.

GPS helps you find your footing again. This isn’t about scaling fast, grinding harder, or becoming someone you’re not. It’s about building a group practice that actually works—for you, your team, and your life.

Your Practice, Your Rhythm, Your GPS

GPS is for small-to-mid-sized group practice owners who built their practices on clinical skill—not business training—and now want things to feel steadier, simpler, and more aligned. You won’t find hustle culture, MBA jargon, or “just manifest it” advice here.

You will find:

  • Clear, practical systems that reduce chaos

  • Leadership tools that work with human nervous systems

  • Financial clarity without shame or overwhelm

  • A way to run your practice that feels calm, capable, and sustainable

💡 GPS Course:
5 Modules
One Recalibration

Every module blends learning with action — you’ll get a video lesson, a workbook to make the insights your own, and a bonus session that might be a meditation, EFT tapping practice, or a resource designed to level up your practice from the inside out.

Module 1: Find Your Bearings

Reconnect with your values, vision, and leadership identity—so decisions stop feeling fraught.

Here’s the truth of running a group practice- before there is stability, there is often just smoke and mirrors. And we need to cut through the fog before things start to come into focus.

This module is where we acknowledge the gaps between the story of our businesses we share with the world vs the actual (and often painful) reality. And yes- I will share my icky stuff with you too. We shine some light on our current shadows and pain points, and reconnect with the WHY.

We take a moment to honor the mess of it all with guided meditation before we get to work cleaning up the mess.

Module 2: Profit & Stewardship

Understand your numbers without spiraling. Build sustainability without guilt.

We talk about money and the guilt that often plagues those of us in the helping professions.

I explain why it is your responsibility to generate enough profit to keep your business stabile- because without a stabile business, your staff cannot count on having a stabile job.

We dive into some of your financial metrics, get clear on what numbers you’ve been avoiding looking at or tending to, and set realistic goals for moving towards greater financial clarity and stability.

We wrap up with a little EFT tapping to support a better money mindset.

Module 3: Leading Humans

(Without Losing Your Mind)

Create clarity, boundaries, and alignment with your team—without becoming rigid or cold.

To lead a team well, you need to know what you’re doing and why you are doing it. We will get clear on your what and why, and turn that into measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) for you and your team.

I’ll share the KPIs that I consistently measure, how often I review them, and how I intervene when they aren’t as awesome as I’d like. Then you’ll clarify the KPIs you already measure, what makes sense to add next, and a plan for how you will monitor and adjust. This is the nitty gritty business stuff that transforms your team.

Module 4: Tech That Supports YOU

Use systems and tools to reduce cognitive load—not add to it.

Whether you are a tech early-adopter, late-adopter, or non-adopter, this module is for you. Technology is an unavoidable part of running an efficient and successful business, but adopting new software and tools at a rate that supports (rather than overwhelms) your team is more art than science.

We will talk through ways that technology can support your business at all levels, do a tech audit of your practice and identify ways that technology might be able to make your life a heck of a lot easier IF it is incorporated in a way and at a pace that works for you and your people.

For those of you who have not yet become comfortable with AI, I’ll share my strategies for how to use generative AI tools like ChatGPT to cut your mental load by 80% and supercharge your output.

Module 5: Grow, Hold, or Simplify

Decide what you actually want next—and make peace with that choice.

If you spend any time in the presence of other group practice owners, you are guaranteed to feel like you “should” be doing more. Hiring, expanding, adding a prescriber, seeing more clients- or seeing no clients and only being a CEO, creating new services, getting a bigger office…

We will analyze your capacity, what your team and systems can hold, feel into what you actually WANT, and get clear on your next moves.

By the end of this module, you will have clarity on whether your people and systems are ready for more, and if you have the personal bandwidth to expand or if it is time to pause and refine.

Hi! I’m Bailey-
your Hype Person
and GPS Guide

I’m a psychologist, group practice owner, and longtime accidental entrepreneur. Over the past 10 years I’ve built and led a thriving group practice—with real people, real complexity, and real consequences—without selling my soul or living in constant fight-or-flight. I have a team of full-time W2 clinicians who have full caseloads and full benefits, I’ve purchased two commercial buildings and sold one, I have a schedule that is sustainable, and an income that allows me to live a life that I love.

This is what I know how to do: Help thoughtful, heart-led practice owners lead with clarity, calm, and credibility—without becoming someone they’re not.

GPS is the course I wish I’d had when I realized that being a great clinician didn’t automatically make me a great boss. Let me help you find some clarity and much deserved breathing room so you can love your business again.

I hope to see you inside,
